We understand that good food requires the finest ingredients and that’s why we source our produce locally from farmers and artisans alike. Using local produce means all our ingredients are fresh and flavoursome, and haven’t travelled thousands of carbon miles; minimising our environmental impact.
And just like us, we ensure our suppliers are committed to sustainable practises and humane animal husbandry also.
